Audiomax

Mohammed is an expert in audio setups and found an Apple CarPlay unit that would fit in my older Mercedes. He picked out a nice head unit and backup camera that makes a huge difference in the way the interior looks. Joey and the team went out of his way to fix my gear shifter and took the time to show me how the new system works. I’m really happy with the work and appreciate the great service.

Audio Max is the worst place you could possibly choose to install your stereo system. They do careless, unprofessional work — missing screws, leftover parts, loose wires everywhere, and your stereo will NOT function correctly when they are done. It’s obvious they don’t even bother reading the installation instructions for the equipment they install. I ended up having to take my vehicle to another shop to fix their mess, and when the new installer removed the stereo, they discovered that Audio Max had CUT the factory harness. Because of their incompetence, I had to order and pay for a brand new harness replacement. Stay FAR away from this place. If you care about your vehicle, your electrical system, or your money, do NOT trust Audio Max with your car. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an installation shop in Tampa.

I don’t get the reviews about the rudeness of Mohammad (the older guy) I think he’s the owner, but he’s always been respectful to me and my friends every time we come in and gives us good information about our systems, and even lets us come in the back when our cars are back there and walk around. Yall must say something to him bad because you think you know it all but trust the man and workers. The workers there are very cool and even showed me and my friend their setup in their cars and they are sick!! The workers love what they do and they get it done fastttt and not the “bad installation but fast” kinda fast, it’s fast AND it’s installed professionally, no wires can be seen except for obv going to the sub and amp, they give good prices too, they worked with my friend to install subs and a amp and they charged him $300 LESS than what this other audio store charged ME. I’ve gone to Audiomax about 4 times now and Ive never been disappointed, awesome company🫡👌 and since they charge so little you won’t feel bad at all for tipping them. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Do not take your car here at all !!! Very dishonest they don’t work with you at all ! I only had my equipment for 4 months within the first two months the settings etc was all messed up I took it back they “adjust it “ but it still sounded horrible however… two months later my radio kept cutting off and cutting back on then completely stopped working !!! I got all my fuse checked etc now they telling me I need a new radio they charge 45 dollars for them to even check to even see if that’s what’s actually wrong like this place is ridiculous and if you read the other bad reviews them people aren’t lien ! Only had my equipment for 4 months I’m seriously highly upset after spending 700+ dollars!!!

My 16 yo brought his truck in to have subs installed and they left the wires just hanging in the engine, causing it too short luckily it did not spark. Seems like they were cutting corners.wires were left exposed Horrible work.
